Shipping policy

Orders are shipped by USPS and UPS. Orders that are being sent "Next Day" or "2nd Day" need to be received by 2 P.M. (EST) in order to be sent "that same day" ... Orders received after 2 P.M. will be sent the following business day. Orders received over the weekend will be sent on the following Monday. Please note that UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box. UPS shipping rates outside the "Continental United States" will incur a higher shipping charge. A shipping quote will be given by calling 1 (877) 892-4377 / 561 827-0993.

Orders are normally shipped within 24-48 hours after receipt. Tracking information is sent to the email address provided.

Deliveries outside the United States

Customers are responsible for paying any additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.

You will get an email confirming your order as your credit card is processed. We can accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover Cards. We never see your credit card details. If you use a credit card to pay for your purchase, you will be asked to provide your CVV2 code. This is an anti-fraud measure.
